Training Supervisor

£29,477 pa pro rata (£17,686) plus 5% employer pension contribution

Citizens Advice Richmond uses volunteers to deliver most of our advice services and for a variety of support roles.

This post will lead on recruitment and training of new volunteers and oversee training of existing staff and volunteers. It will be based at one or more of our advice centres and include working from home.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication and organisational skills and a commitment to ongoing staff and volunteer development. You will have the ability to recruit, develop and motivate staff and volunteers by providing support, guidance and training. You will have proven ability to supervise and monitor advice work. You will be committed to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service. Ideally, applicants will have advice session supervision and quality-managing experience, or will have a relevant background in generalist advice.
