Citizens Advice Camden is the leading provider of voluntary sector advice services in Camden and one of the largest Citizens Advice in London. We help approximately 9,400 people each year with free, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of issues.

A vacancy has arisen in our Debt Advice North Camden project funded by The Hampstead Wells and Campden Trust. We are looking for an experienced debt adviser to take over delivery of this project.

HWCT are a local charity keen to support the provision of high quality debt casework and advice services to people living within the Trust’s area of benefit. We are one year through the three year funding for this service which comes to an end in March 2021.

Project targets are set taking account of the complex nature of much of the casework and the advice needs of our clients.

As an experienced debt adviser you will be able to deliver high quality debt information, advice and on-going complex casework to clients and be up and running from the start.

The application pack is available on our website at: www.camdencabservice.org.uk/get-involved/jobs/

Completed applications should be submitted to: Recruitment@camdencabservice.org.uk by the closing date/time.

All shortlisted candidates will be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK at interview, in order to comply with the statutory requirements.

Citizens Advice Camden is an equal opportunities employer. We encourage applications from disabled people and will make reasonable adjustments required for interviews.
