The Carers Information Service provides free information, advice and a range of support services to unpaid carers who look after a family member, friend or neighbour due to illness, disability or old age. We are part of The Whitgift Foundation and run the Carers Support Centre in central Croydon, the one-stop shop for carers in the borough.
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Advice Worker to provide welfare benefits advice and generalist information, advice and emotional support to carers on a wide range of issues. The role will also require casework.
