Deadline: 20 May, 2019

Citizens Advice Southwark has a track record of delivering high-quality services from its offices in Peckham and Bermondsey and outreach locations across Southwark and South East London. We sort out problems together, for good, by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice across all areas of social welfare law, and through using the experience of our clients to bring about positive change through research and campaigns. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our work at this exciting time in our development.

You will bring your experience of leading people and projects to the role, taking on strategic responsibility for the development and delivery of our high-quality services in response to the growing needs of our communities. Your commitment to high quality standards will help us build on our established reputation for excellence, whilst driving up performance to ensure we utilise our resources effectively to achieve our ambitions for the people we serve. You’ll inspire confidence in those you work with, inside the charity and across our external stakeholders, and will work with the Chief Executive to help shape the future of our advice, research and campaigning services.

In return, we can offer you a range of employee benefits, including generous annual leave, an employer matched pension contribution, and training and development opportunities to continue your professional development.
