Training

We are looking for freelance trainers to develop and deliver training on welfare benefits and tax credits issues at basic, introductory, standard and experienced levels for CPAG (UK) in London and Glasgow.

You will need to have a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the benefits and tax credits systems, substantial experience of welfare rights advice work, including working from legislation and case law, experience of developing and delivering training at the appropriate level for frontline staff or advisers and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Advice line

We are looking for welfare rights advisers to work on a freelance basis on our advice lines: CPAG (UK) in both London and Glasgow. You will deliver benefits advice on a sessional basis on our phone and email advice line to frontline advisers and support workers.

You will need to have a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the benefits and tax credits systems, substantial experience of welfare rights advice work, including working from legislation and case law, the ability to provide second-tier advice work and excellent written and oral communication skills.
