Debt Advice Quality Officer

Community Advice and Law Service has two vacancies for Quality Officers to join the East Midlands Money Advice Partnership (EMMA) Quality Team.

Successful applicants must have an excellent knowledge of debt advice and solutions with proven ability to drive improvements in advice and service delivery whilst maintaining high quality standards. A minimum of 2 years full-time experience of delivering debt advice is required, and ideally experience of supervising debt advice staff and providing training on debt topics.

Post holders will be responsible for the monitoring, support, and development of Debt Advice Quality within EMMA, reporting to the Quality Manager.

The main purpose of the role is to monitor the consistency of debt advice within EMMA, initiating and managing good working relationships with delivery partners, liaising with stakeholders on new initiatives, and providing tailored support to advisers.
