Consultant: Review of the Advice Quality Standard

The Advice Services Alliance are seeking a consultant with experience of quality assurance processes, preferably in the social welfare advice sector to assist with a review of the Advice Quality Standard, the principal quality standard for the generalist advice sector.

The role will entail working closely with the ASA Quality Manager and with an advisory group of quality-driven advice services and stakeholders to review the requirements of the Advice Quality Standard against the new approaches to advice-giving in England and Wales.
