An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Advisor to join this forward thinking charity, which exists to support the health and wellbeing of the banking community, numbering almost two million people in the UK.

About the Role
Your key purpose will be to provide advice, guidance and case management for our clients, to provide solutions to help people in need achieve long-term sustainability and manage the client journey through BWC services.
This role requires experience of supporting people, who may be vulnerable, in distress or in crisis situations, with practical, long-term solutions in areas such as welfare, budgeting, housing, debt and mental wellbeing, ideally gained within the charity sector, using various channels such as telephone, email and live chat.
In order to succeed you will have an ability to demonstrate empathy and good decision making skills; be able to work calmly and productively under pressure and keep to deadlines; have an understanding of the complexities faced by clients. You will be comfortable working in a small team, ensuring the quality of the service you deliver is of a high standard, and also working externally with partners to signpost or refer; being able to adapt to changing circumstances and receptive to new ideas, with a willingness to learn.
