An exciting new opportunity has risen for a Citizens Advice Caseworker to join our offices in Addlestone. We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual, who will play an integral part in moving our growing organisation forward and make a direct impact on the local community.

Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne helps over 4000 people every year with over 12,000 problems. We work in the two most deprived boroughs in Surrey and are keen to expand our small friendly team. Our aim is to provide the advice people need for the challenges they may face.

We are seeking candidates that possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will provide comprehensive advice with casework service to a broad range of clients with particular emphasis on debt, benefits, employment and housing.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced case worker with at least 2 years recent experience of providing advice and be able to deliver to Citizens Advice quality standards.

This position will work by phone, email and video conference with some face to face work at outreach locations when this becomes possible.
