- Fieldwork Team

We are seeking to recruit within our ‘Fieldwork’ team a Benefits Information and Advice Officer based in Ilkeston currently ‘hybrid’ working with opportunity for home and office-based mixed working.
The Fieldwork team focuses on income maximisation for Social Care clients referred to the service by Social Care Workers or the County Finance teams. Delivering advice and support to first-tier appeal tribunals. Supporting focused work around Adult Care priorities. Delivering casework support and information briefing sessions to Social Care staff.
