The Role

As a Benefits, Debt and Money Advisor, covering the Bristol, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire region your ability to ability to provide specialist debt and welfare benefit advice, could have a real impact on people’s lives. A clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential in being able to undertake this role.

As a Benefits, Debt and Money Advisor you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive community-based debt or welfare benefit advice service to beneficiaries who are experiencing difficulties, advising on their legal position and all the suitable options available through a mixture of face-to-face, telephone and email interactions.
