Are you looking for a flexible role, making a difference for the people most affected by the cost of living crisis? We are recruiting a part-time Adviser to give welfare benefits, money and housing advice and carry out casework.

Agnes Smith Advice Centre is an independent, community advice centre providing high quality welfare benefits, debt and housing advice in the Blackbird Leys / Greater Leys area in Oxford. You can read more about our work on our website: https://agnessmith.co.uk

We offer a friendly working environment, right in the heart of the community. This is a part-time role of 17.5 hours per week, and we can offer flexibility on your working pattern (e.g. to fit in with school hours or other commitments). Some home working may be possible by negotiation.

The salary range is £32,076 to £33,945 per annum, pro rata, dependent on skills and experience (pay rise pending). We are looking for candidates with advice experience, but can provide training for candidates with transferable skills from other fields.
