Kirklees Citizens Advice & Law Centre has a vacancy for an Advice Supervisor who will supervise and support our small team of Telephone and Digital Assessors to provide general information and advice to members of the public calling our telephone advice line or requesting assistance by email or webchat. They will also support a small team of volunteers giving face to face advice.
Hours for this post will be :
The successful candidate will have experience of supervising a telephone service and have a pleasant telephone manner, good listening skills and be a strong communicator. They will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and deal sensitively with clients from all backgrounds.
