The ASA is extremely excited to be offering this role, a crucial part of our plans to develop the Advice Services Alliance over the next few years.
The Quality Manager post will cover all our work on developing and supporting quality advice services across the sector and provide a strategic role in assuring the advice offered to clients.
The Advice Services Alliance owns and manages the Advice Quality Standard (AQS), held by some 650 advice services and the post holder will promote the best practices, manage the contracts with our assessment body and with our ‘passported’ member organisations. We have recently been awarded a grant to pilot a Peer Review On-Line Platform and the delivery of this project will be a key focus of the role over the next year.
