'We sort out problems together, for good'

Last year we helped 20,000 people resolve over 45,000 problems - with your help, we can make an even greater impact in the years ahead. Join us to work alongside our Chief Executive, and help ensure our services are ready to meet the growing needs of our communities.

Citizens Advice Southwark has a track-record of delivering high-quality services from its three main offices in the borough and outreach locations across Southwark and South East London. We sort out problems together, for good, by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice across all areas of social welfare law, and through using the experience of our clients to bring about positive change through research and campaigns. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our work at an exciting time in our development.

You will bring your experience of leading people and projects to the role, taking on responsibility for the development and delivery of our high-quality and advice projects and services in response to the growing needs of our communities. Your commitment to high quality standards will help us build on our established reputation for excellence, whilst driving up performance to ensure we utilise our resources effectively to achieve our ambitions for the people we serve. You will inspire confidence in those you work with, inside the charity and across external stakeholders, and will work with the Head of Services to help shape the future of our advice projects, research and campaigning services.
