DCLG publishes statistics on social housing lettings from April 2013 to March 2014

New statistics include that broad upward trend in social housing lettings by private registered providers continued, with a 5% increase in lettings to 270,659, and local authority lettings also increased to 126,238, a reversal of their long-term trend.

New amending regulations that alter the requirements to be met in order to bring an appeal under regulation 10 of the Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) Regulations 2014 to make it consistent with the wording contained within the prescribed form in Schedule 2 to the Regulations, which also sets out the requirements in order to bring an appeal.
