Wow, why doesn’t my Virgin channel line-up include this?

Does Michael Parkinson try to sell me a stairlift during the breaks?

As the excitement continues to build, there is also a reasonable summary from Joshua Rozenberg (of the Guardian) here: http://www.legalcheek.com/lc-journal-posts/joshua-rozenberg-supreme-court-to-sort-out-bedroom-tax-mess/

Court is in recess this week so unlikely to hear anything for a little while at least.

Usually they put up an announcement on the website and on twitter as soon as a date is set for handing down the decision. I’m sure that’ll be posted here as soon as it turns up.

Supreme Court has announced what will probably be the last batch of decisions it gives before closing for the lengthy summer holiday and… still nothing.
.
I would expect that means we won’t have a decision until October at the earliest.

Oh for Heaven’s Sake….

I have a UT case that’s been gathering dust under my desk for the best part of two years now.

It’s up there with Jarndyce v Jarndyce.

Six months on anyone heard whispers or facts on when the decision will arrive. Getting bored now.

Supreme Court re-opens on Monday and has indicated that some judgments will be given next Wednesday. No indication as to which cases they pertain to.
