DWP fails to meet Information Commissioner deadline for possible benefit related deaths
As far as I can tell I haven’t uploaded the SAR Billy and SAR Valentina PDFs to this thread, only provided links. One of the purposes of this thread is to maintain records of relevant documents as they can often become quite difficult to find as time passes, so am attaching here. There’s nothing new in this post, just for record keeping purposes.

I also note that these events appear to have overlapped with DWP’s Way to Work campaign, which appeared to lead to an increase in claimants with health problems being invited to attend regular appointments
