Son of BIP or malicious neighbours?

The idea that the award could be stopped after two weeks would appear to be defective as onus is on DWP to bring forward evidence to demonstrate change of circs. How would this fit with natural justice at the appeal if said ‘evidence’ was a vindictive phone call from an anonymous caller. They should put up or shut up.

On a similar theme, am starting to hear about individuals receiving letters questioning whether they are still entitled to the disability element of WTC. Can only assume the Treasury is telling govt. departments to leave no stone unturned in finding every last penny down the back of the public sector sofa (sorry - terrible mixed metaphor!)
