We have client’s R2R successful appeal decision, that DWP lodged application with UT against subsequently, and which has been stayed ever since on basis of Sanneh decision.

We were told yesterday that a fixed hearing date has now been arranged for this case i.e. Sanneh for 14/11/14.

Birmingham Law Centre reporting that Sanneh successful in Court of Appeal, although seems Court found no entitlement to mainstream benefits for Zambrano carers after November 2012 -
