A Friday rant
Now I will admit that I am prone to the occasional conspiracy theory up front however I start to worry about DWP.
It’s as if there’s a concerted effort to cut down on the spend by making sneaky administrative “mistakes”. For instance certain decision makers on receiving further evidence for an appeal will supersede the decision from the date of receipt then lapse the appeal.
Now I’ve just noticed a DLA award made from the date of decision rather than 4 months earlier when it should have been awarded from.
It’s just little things that would slip past the uneducated eye but if my experiences are representative of the wider picture it will be saving a helluvalot of money…
Or maybe I need a holiday!
