Does anyone know if the Tribunal Service still publish stats (which used to be available on the DWP website) on the outcome of tribunals by attendance and representations? These were useful as they demonstrated the sucess rate for paper, appellant only and represented hearings. It would be particularlly useful to see outcomes by attendance for ESA - WCA appeals.
