I’ve just posted my new paper on the impact of welfare reforms. This starts from the basis of the April 2012 rules and rates and the latest draft regulations with their substantial changes. It includes new modelling as well as a section looking in more detail on issues affecting older people. I’m afraid it’s crept up to about 100 pages.

I’m probably pressing the wrong button - but I’m not able to download your paper.

Keeps asking me to be a registered user but I cannot see where to register…...

It should be OK and it shouldn’t ask you to register.  Just click on the link that says ‘you can download here’.

I suspect your employer doesn’t let you download such dangerous stuff.  Ask your IT people to let it through?

The link works for me so it must be an access issue
