“60. For the purposes of determining whether a claimant is in gainful
self-employment or meets the conditions in regulation [IC24] (start-up
period), the Secretary of State may require the claimant to provide such
evidence or information as is reasonably required to determine those
questions and to attend at such office or place on such days and at such
times as the Secretly of State may direct for that purpose.”
