Windrush compensation being wrongly denied

Not exactly our remit but recent report by the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman on Home Office refusals of Windrush compensation requests may be of interest.

PHSO finds Home Office has failed to follow its own guidance, failed to consider relevant evidence and stuck to its scheme rules despite clearly unfair outcomes. They suspect there are many other cases out there and want to encourage people to submit complaints.
