Stats on appearing in person
Does anyone have recent statistics on the success rates in face-to-face hearings as opposed to decisions made on the papers?
About 30 years ago there were stats that showed that success rates were higher and i’ve held with that ever since but have no recent statistics to verify whether it’s still true
