Anybody aware of whether DWP is doing anything in response to this case that found failure to provide protection for loss of EDP upon natural migration to be discriminatory

I think you are asking about TP (No. 3) [2022] EWHC 123 (Admin).

I’m not aware that there has been any formal announcement on what is to be done in view of this decision. I expect it will take quite a while longer yet and the DWP (given it’s belligerence on this issue) will probably be looking to appeal this decision too, as it did with TP Nos 1 and 2 - its appeal being refused under the citation in your heading.
