If anyone told them they were failing the PSED or indeed routine compliance with the easiest of EA 10 stuff I suspect most likely the response would be to ask what the PSED is or, more likely, to claim that it doesn’t apply to them.

Yes indeed, yesterday in fact, I originally sent a submission to Liverpool on the 20/05/22, I received their standard receipt notification, but copies of the submission where not sent to all parties before the hearing, which was yesterday. So over an hour and a half on the phone, the awful waiting music ends and I hear the voice of a human. Reported all of this to said person and my original email was found and sent to the Tribunal clerk just 35 minutes before the hearing started. Of course, apologies were made to the Judge who was very understanding and allowed the late arrival of evidence.

By the way, we won with a very good result for the client.
