DWP has updated its ‘Working with reps’ guidance
The DWP’s ‘Working with representatives: guidance for DWP staff’ has been updated:
Updated the sections on ‘Bogus callers’, ‘Alternative enquiry’, and ‘Should you disclose the information requested?’

Under alternative enquiry the bit that has changed appears to be that the Security Questions section has been truncated to a single sentence whereas it was previously several paragraphs and some sample scenarios.
