Charges for Ultra Low Emission Zone in London when awarded enhanced rate mobility component from start of PIP claim
Will charges for Ultra Low Emission in London be removed from when they first applied in October 2021 if client is awarded enhanced rate mobility component from start of PIP claim? She is currently getting standard rate mobility only.
What should she do in mean time? She is not in a position to pay the daily charge and request the total back when she gets ER Mobility PIP but she is reliant on car to get about.
Any thoughts? Thnks
