Tribunal waiting times: a case for levelling down?

Appeals in our district from addresses outside the M25 are dealt with in Bradford. If the address is inside the M25 the appeal is dealt with in Sutton. The waiting time for Bradford cases is about 11 weeks. The waiting time for Sutton is 22 weeks. As this is a national system, and the hearings are all remote anyway, there would seem to be case for moving the workload around. Is there some national user group where this could be raised?

After all, I know how keen the North always is to bail London out…
