Let’s see how it goes but keen to hear if problems continue after that as I think we need to keep feeding it back

I am saddened/unsurprised to report that the script used by this new MR team on the PIP helpline still says nothing about implicit consent/additional support in spite of the statement that they would be receiving training on it w/c 22/11.

Today there was a supervisor who the adviser I spoke to went to check with, they were too busy to speak to me….....

Can you give me a bit more detail and I’ll feed it back- time and date of call if you know and a bit more about what was asked/said - DM if easier - thanks :)
