Recordings of ‘phone calls to UC
Does anyone know if all telephone calls to UC are recorded in that there is an audio file of the claimant and UC staff members voices and if so can a claimant get the recordings?
They should be under the Customer Account Management system for a limited period, don’t request copies via the journal. Use the online SAR to request a CD. Otherwise….............................................
