Does she still live alone?
Has anyone called the pension service to ask why SDP stopped.

Are you sure it’s removal of SDP? If it was only a few pounds a week of entitlement, it could be a pension increase somewhere? Or a previously undiscovered occupational pension. Just food for thought.

I had a case when the SDP was removed from a claim for PC, ending the claim, as the claimant’s PIP had been reviewed, and extended, but no one had informed the pension service.  The SDP entitlement ended on the date her original PIP award ended, as that was the date held by Pension Credit.  A quick phone call sorted it out.

Pension Service administration of both PC and SRP is rather chaotic at the moment, if I’m being charitable.

Think you need to try and do some more digging with them.
