Hi everyone,

I am having problems tracing copies of the following case law decisions, if anyone can be of help with providing any of these it would be much appreciated -

R v Kensington and Chelsea ex p Brandt (1995) 28 HLR 528 QBD
R v Brent LBC HBRB ex p Connery (1989) 22 HLR 40 at 44 QBD
CIS/522/1992

Re the first one, the reference is slightly different but very similar. Is the link on the final entry here what you are looking for?

I think that is most likely the Brandt case that I am looking for, the topic is correct and the reference so close, thank you!
