UC claimants with MH issues needed for research project

If you have any clients on UC with mental health issues (no diagnosis needed) we can offer them a £25 voucher in exchange for having a chat with me on the phone about their experiences of claiming and receiving UC.

We are doing a small scale research project exploring how the DWP treats people with mental health issues who claim Universal Credit. In particular, how the DWP meets its Equality Act duties and its own policy to anticipate and respond to disabled claimants’ needs for a reasonable adjustment during the claim process and in respect of their ongoing award.
