The MoJ is conducting an advice sector survey and is looking for feedback from frontline staff to help inform its work to improve access to early legal support:

Complete the Ministry of Justice’s advice sector survey

The Ministry of Justice is surveying advice organisations to improve our understanding of the needs and characteristics of people seeking legal support and how organisations currently provide advice.

The findings from this will inform our work to improve access to early legal support.

This survey is specifically aimed at frontline staff who provide advice to members of the public, including advisers (volunteers and paid), caseworkers and lawyers.

We would be grateful if you could complete it and circulate it to your colleagues; it should only take approximately 8 minutes to complete:

It seems you are unable to share the link once you complete the survey. I tried sending it to people, but it comes up with “you have completed this survey.” I have emailed Holly to let her know. Thanks

Edit: Holly has now changed the settings so that the above does not happen.
