DWP research into people’s experiences claiming maternity allowance

I’ve just received the following via the stakeholder forum -

I am contacting you to see if you would be able to help us with a current research project. The aim of this research is to understand people’s experiences claiming Maternity Allowance.

For this piece of research, we are aiming to engage with members of the public and Third Party organisations that might have insight into the Maternity Allowance journey.

Whilst we are focusing our research on Maternity Allowance, we also want to understand other elements that may be relevant to gain insight into the external factors that may influence the decisions around financial support and planning before, during and after maternity leave.

Our ask is whether you would be able to help us with this piece of research. We want to speak to people within your organisation that could provide any insight into the Maternity Allowance and pregnancy journey. We want to understand the needs of the people that engage with the Maternity Allowance service, and any insight within your organisation would be hugely valuable to us.
