Carer told by UC that they will stop cared for person’s ESA
I am flabbergasted, and it is not often I am lost for words. UC have told my client that if she claims CA ( for looking after a terminally ill friend in same property (No SDP in payment either)) they will stop the ‘cared for’ persons ESA .. WHAT ! I have seen the entry from Clive at the Preston Service centre as I didn’t believe it myself.
Sorry just wanted to share that ‘nugget’ , on the bright side it is Friday tomorrow, happy nearly weekend
