PIP appeal tribunal award ends and new claim needed afterwards?
I have a client who won his PIP appeal at Tribunal but when he has sent in his PIP form to renew they have ended his claim pending a decision on renewal. I am awaiting a call back from DWP. This seems wrong to me. This chap’s Pension Credits have ended as a consequence and he will really struggle financially as he has lost the help with his Mortgage payments.
Any advice appreciated as I have not come across this before.
