Dear Colleague,

I hope this finds you well. We’re contacting you about some research that we are conducting at Oxford University in partnership with HMCTS. This action research project investigates how to support lay users of video hearings during the pandemic and beyond. We are circulating a survey to a range of key stakeholders to get a better understanding of current practice and how it might be improved. We would be grateful if you would give up ten minutes of your time to take a look.

The survey is accessible via this link:

https://oxfordfacultyoflaw.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0xPO02A1puxYSEZ

At the start of the survey, you will be given some more information about the project and how your data will be used. You may also find further information about the project here:

Virtual Justice: Enhancing accessibility, participation and procedural justice in family courts and tribunals during the COVID-19 pandemic

If you know of anyone else who may be interested in taking part, then please feel free to circulate the survey to them as well.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind Regards,
Dr Anna Tsalapatanis
