Fit notes

Does anyone know the current protocol for the fit notes after reporting them in their journal in non-Covid cases? Do folks have to post them to Jobcentre?

Around here they are just saying to keep them safe in case they need to see them in future, rather than asking to actually see them now. I don’t know if that also applies where you are.

It appears as an entry in the journal once you have declared a fit note, so if you have a client in this position ask them to check. The UC website has been down all day here though
