I’m having a moment. Person is in a couple, 1 child, gets CTC, has disability, started working 20hrs a week. Partner is a carer. IS stopped.
Can they claim WTC instead of UC based on exisiting CTC award?

I’m thinking yes, then no. then yes again and then definitely no.

Yes they can add WTC to their CTC claim - not a new claim :)

Many thanks, Daphne. I thought so but then started to think I had imagined it, as nowhere states that these days. They only mention the SDP gateway.
