Has anyone been able to apply the principles in RJ, GMcL and CS to get supervision points in the daily living activities of PIP. In that cases the risks from conditions such as epilepsy, poorly controlled diabetes and hearing loss were considered. Has anyone been able to get daily living supervision points where there unpredictable risks due to a mental health condition?

I think historically it has been easier to get the supervision points for MH issues than things like epilepsy before the RJ case. The PIP assessment guide refers to the possibility of supervision points for people who might self-harm whilst cooking, overdosing on medication and violence whilst engaging with people although these are by no means exhaustive.
