Self certification of Support and Childcare Bubbles and Providing Care/Assistance to a Vulnerable Person

I have been asked a couple of times “how do you prove you are in a Support Bubble?” during coronavirus restrictions. As far as I am aware you can’t, but there are other situations where government processes accept “self-certification” in the first instance. Therefore, I created some free to download/use PDF templates for people to write information on detailing their own arrangements, and to keep with them, in case they get asked by someone in the future.

Of course, like parking disks and tax returns, it relies on honesty. I might create these as TEXT files and possibly integrate a PDF generator so information can be added to a custom file, but that will mean processing personal data which I was hoping to avoid.

Hope they might be of use to someone. Feedback or suggestions welcome.
