Childcare costs paid for child who needed to isolate
UC refused to refund childcare costs for childcare paid in respect of a child who could not attend due to suspicion of CV19.
Kid had a sniffle- nursery said he cannot come in until test is clear. But mum paid for childcare. Now UC reduced her childcare element by the amount when child was not in the nursery.
How to challenge this?
Does it depend on whether mum went to work on those days when child was off the nursery?
