PIP change of circumstances form shortened

Touchbase reporting that from 11 January the form you get sent if you report a change of circumstances for PIP - the PIP2 (UI) - is being replaced by a shorter one - AR1 UI - similar to the AR form used when an award comes up for review -

The new form aligns the change of circumstances process with the award review process, providing a consistent approach when customers report changes in their needs.

Our aim is to reduce the time it takes for customers to complete the form, so we have made it shorter, requiring them to provide less information
