Under Reg 21 of the CB (general) regs a child can be in an EEA state while the parent is in the UK, for more than 12 weeks if this applies
“any period during which that person is absent by reason only of—
(i)his receiving full-time education by attendance at a recognised educational establishment in an EEA State or in Switzerland; “

The child is being home schooled.
I am waiting for confirmation but I believe this is probably due to Covid and they would normally be at school.

I’m guessing if it is the school who has arranged the home schooling they would still be covered but….
Ay ideas?
