SSCS1 PE replaced already?
Just a quick one. We normally keep a small stockpile of useful forms lying around. Our admin used up our last SSCS1 PE form and went to print a new one from gov.uk and found that it appears to no longer exist and has been replaced by the SSCS1 PIP/ESA/UC (rolls off the tongue!). Is this correct? Only difference I can spot is that it appears that they’ve rolled UC appeals into this form. Presumably part of their continuing push to digitise everything.
Yes, that’s the one we’ve now started to use.
They’ve put the UC appeals in the form as well as adding a couple of extra points as to what happens with the appeal/representative’s job.
