Is DLA Mobility Component reinstated?

This is probably a simple question but I couldn’t find an example in CPAG.
Client in hospital for over 28 days so both components of DLA payment stop.  If client then enters a care home does mobility component go back into payment. Or, would it have to be in payment when entering care home for it to continue?
It will be a residential care home and local authority funded.

It’s payment of DLA that is suspended after 28 days in hospital, not the underlying entitlement, so mobility component should be payable in the care home.
